Ace inhibitors for hypertension. Introduction
Tartalom
- A legfrissebb megfigyeléses obszervációs vizsgálatok nem mutattak ki olyan hatást az ACE-gátlókról az angiotenzinkonvertáló enzimet gátló gyógyszerekről és az ARB-kről angiotenzinreceptor-blokkolókról, más néven szartánokrólamelyek miatt ezek a gyógyszerek fokoznák a koronavírus 2 a COVID betegséget okozó vírus által kiváltott súlyos akut légzési tünetcsoport kockázatát, továbbá arra utaló jelet sem mutattak ki ezek a vizsgálatok, hogy ezek a gyógyszerek kedvezőtlenül befolyásolnák a COVIDfertőzött betegek állapotának alakulását.
